What's up with LinkedIn job suggestions?

Serious question: What the heck is going on in my job suggestions?
What even is a job posting for a Founder?
Wouldn't you just... like... start your company? Without anyone telling you that you can't? Isn't that what being a founder is?
And why is it paid by the hour?
Aren't you supposed to work in your mom's garage so hard that time kind of melts away?

And what in the actual fork is a "Founding Intern?"
Like, from the moment you found your company, you're the lowest-level employee? And it's your job to hire your bosses until you've built a whole company on top of you?
And you just... underpay yourself and buy them coffee or whatever?
And what in heaven's name is a job posting for a "Former Founder?"
Like, "In the final stage of interviews, we'll hire you as a Founder. And one lucky applicant will be pushed out by the board, becoming our Former Founder!"
Oh joy! Pick me!
The job postings are all for, "We don't know what this job is, but we're hiring smart people who work really hard and we'll figure it out from there" type roles.
You know, the kind where they hire non-self-aware people based on rizz and hubris with no thought to fairness or whatever.
I suppose it's an effective way to attract your ideal candidate.
But... excuse me. I need an Advil.
